Sacred House MD is a wellness studio in Baltimore that I proudly partner with to offer holistic wellness services, movement experiences, and community-centered programming within urban communities that are often overlooked and underserved.

This collection highlights another Kemetic Sound Experience hosted at Tassili's Raw Reality, a beloved raw vegan café and community-centered wellness space in Atlanta, Georgia.
During this experience, Empress Ka led a guided yoga sequence and provided one-on-one stretch therapy sessions for community members, creating space for movement, restoration, mindfulness, and connection.
