A grounded restorative space

Transmutation Oasis began as a private practice and grew into a movement. Empress Ka is a holistic practitioner whose work weaves stretch therapy, yoga, reiki, and wellness coaching with a deep, lived commitment to birth education and community-centered care.

Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that healing is a return — not a destination. That every body holds its own intelligence. That access to wellness education, recovery, and birth support shouldn't be a luxury, but a birthright.

Through Transmutation Oasis, Empress offers one-to-one sessions, corporate wellness experiences, retreats, workshops, and the Nu Doula Initiative — a growing pillar dedicated to redefining access to birth and postpartum care.

The Feminine Frequency Retreat

For the past two years, Empress has served as a guest facilitator and work trade collaborator with the Feminine Frequency Retreat — holding space for women to soften, restore, and remember themselves through breath, movement, and intentional community.

An intergenerational women's retreat.

Empress led a stretch therapy workshop for the women of the retreat — for many of them, their first time receiving assisted stretch therapy. Partnered with the retreat's lead facilitator, she guided the practice as preparation for the group hike that followed.
